Custom Index Tabs / Divider Sheets

A binder without index tabs is like an elevator without floor numbers!

Maybe that’s not entirely true, but custom index tabs are certainly one of those small, often unnoticed things that make life a little easier. And not only do they make a binder’s contents more accessible, tabs look professional and reinforce the fact that your company pays attention to the details.

We’ll help you select or design tabs and divider sheets that complement your binder and its contents. We can construct them in any weight and color, with any size cut, and with any text.

So don’t forget the tabs!

Options

Option	Choices
Size	Standard sizes (such as legal or letter), or any custom size.
Material, weight, color	Paper or plastic, in many different weights or colors.
Printing	Digital four color, four color process, or silk screened.
Tab cut	1/5, 1/4 and 1/3 are the most common sizes, but we can do custom cuts as well.
Text and font	Any text and font on the tabs is possible, as long as it is large enough to be readable.
Drilling	Three-hole drilling (punching) at 5/16” diameter is most common. However, any number of holes in most diameters can be drilled to match your rings.
Reinforcement of tabs and holes	The tabs themselves can have a Mylar overlay to reduce wear and tear. The overlays are available in a variety of colors. The innermost edge of the divider sheet, where the ring or post holes are located, can have a plastic overlay to reduce wear and tear.
